Alliance Wealth Management Group, LLC Launches Rebranding Introduction of New Identity Underscores Belief that Planning Matters Birmingham, Alabama—(January 6, 2012)—Alliance Wealth Management Group, LLC, a Birmingham based financial planning firm, announces their new name, ALLIANCE. Over the past several months, Alliance Wealth Management Group has actively engaged in what they encourage their clients to do – plan for the future. “Strategic thinkers constantly think about how to reach people and connect with people in an effort to help them understand that planning matters,” said Mike Ballard, founder of the organization. The company went through an aggressive re-evaluation to better themselves as they continue to grow. Together, the representatives of ALLIANCE have more than 50 years of experience in the industry and focus their talents on educating clients so they feel comfortable with customized financial strategies. With a new generation and a slowly rebounding economy, ALLIANCE found that a number of people seem a bit daunted by terminology like financial planner or wealth management strategies. “Regardless of your age or the amount of wealth you have, it is your wealth and you hope it will grow. With the right strategy and the right alliance of partners, you need to feel confident that the path you choose is the appropriate one for your goals.” Mr. Ballard continued by saying “People often hear the expression, ‘it is not what you know but who you know.’ That is precisely why ALLIANCE makes sense. We focus on the right expertise among our alliance of partners to respond to our clients’ needs.” Those who have recently visited the ALLIANCE web site or attended a presentation may have noticed the new ALLIANCE logo, a stack of rocks. This sign subtly conveys the strength of the rocks, the importance of balance and the significance of marking the path you’re on. It is direct, purposeful and focused. ALLIANCE represents a renewed focus on providing financial planning services to clients in all aspects of their lives. Based on experience, it seems that there is an intersection among financial, legal and health related issues, and the team of experts at ALLIANCE can help with all.
ALLIANCE Recognizes VA Accredited Senior Financial Advisor Birmingham, Alabama --(December 7, 2011) - ALLIANCE, a Birmingham based financial planning firm, congratulates former Marine Greg Lawrence on achieving accreditation as a Veterans Administration Claims Agent. "This is such a significant accomplishment given that there are only three accredited claims agents in the State of Alabama who are not attorneys," said Mike Ballard, the firm's President and CEO, "The process for those who are not attorneys is far more rigorous. This speaks to Greg's commitment to do whatever is necessary to serve our clients, the men and women who have served us." Veterans often use a Veterans Service Organization or a Veterans Claims Agent or Attorney to help guide them through the process of receiving veteran related benefits. ALLIANCE specializes in helping veterans and their spouses obtain up to $24,240 a year to help pay for home care, independent living, assisted living or nursing home care when it is needed. To date the firm has helped families obtain over $11.3 million dollars in benefits. "Fewer than 5% of Veterans who meet the active duty service requirement are currently receiving the Veterans Aid & Attendance Pension Benefit. The process is often lengthy and confusing and I am committed to helping people navigate the application process. Even if an applicant has been denied or told they do not qualify financially, it is often possible to help that person receive the benefit,” said Mr. Lawrence. "We help educate our clients and firmly believe that planning matters, regardless of their stage of life.”
